dc.description.abstract | The main objective of this project is to do the energy harvesting using the lead-free pyroelectric materials which can be useful for generating energy for using the small devices such as sensors because the pyroelectric current doesn’t generate more power. In the future, maybe the pyroelectric material can be improved more by improvising different factors and can generate more power so that it can be used like other energy sources like batteries. For this purpose, this study discusses different factors of the pyroelectric material that can improve the power of the pyroelectric material. This study involves use of the lead-free pyroelectric materials NBT-BT compositions. Nine different materials (NBT-6BT doped, NBT-6BT-0.005ZnO doped, NBT-6BT-0.01ZnO doped, NBT-9BT doped, NBT-9BT- 0.005ZnO doped, NBT-9BT-0.01ZnO doped, NBT-6BT-10ZnO composite, NBT-9BT-10ZnO composite, NBT-6BT-40ZnO composite) are going to be used for the simulation while PZT material is used in the experimental process. The Experiment is conducted to see how the energy harvesting is done. The analysis of the compositions of the material NBT-BT are done to know the best compositions among all of them. The material NBT-9BT-40ZnO composite is best among all the materials chosen because NBT-9BT-40ZnO gives the best voltage output among all the materials. Further, an optimal value of capacitance was 1μF was selected due to good amount of voltage with less ripple in the voltage curve and frequency 0.01Hz and load resistance 5MΩ in Standard circuit gives max power output. After optimizing all values of variables such as Heat source, Dimension, Capacitance, Heating-cooling cycle and load resistance the maximum power generated from pyroelectric material NBT9BT_40ZnO is 29.3μW. | en_US |
