Abstract: A series of N-cyclopropyl pyrazole derivatives were synthesized in good to high yield. This reaction proceeds through an aza-Michael reaction between in situ generated cyclopropenecarboxylates as Michael acceptors and pyrazoles as Michael donors in the presence of base under heating conditions. Notably, this method is simple and has a good substrate scope.
