The primary objective of this thesis is to establish one-pot synthetic protocols for the efficient synthesis of synthetically and pharmacologically appealing carbocycles and N-containing heterocyclic frameworks, such as nitrobenzenes, pyridines, and aziridines, utilizing simple and easily accessible starting materials. The first chapter commences with a comprehensive introduction detailing the synthesis and application of functionalized nitrobenzene, pyridine, and aziridine scaffolds, including historical context and documented synthetic pathways for the construction of the aforementioned class of carbocyclic and N-heterocyclic compounds through diverse synthetic adaptations.en_US
