| Abstract: | This chapter presents a graphene antenna for 6G communication and sensing technologies. The suggested 6G antenna is created on a polyamide substrate (https://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"> ε r = 3.5). The antenna radiator is made of graphene material. The proposed antenna operates from 2.29 to 2.88, 3.06 to 7.02, and 7.91 to 9.04 THz in Band-1, Band-2, and Band-3, respectively. The peak gain of the suggested 6G antenna is 6 dBi. Hence, it is suitable for 6G communication and sensing applications in the THz frequency range. © 2025 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved. |
