We employ the Color String Percolation Model (CSPM) to estimate the drag and diffusion coefficients of charm quarks within the deconfined medium created in ultra-relativistic heavy-ion collisions. With the initial temperature and percolation density, we estimate the relaxation time (τc[jls-end-space/]), drag coefficient (γ[jls-end-space/]), transverse momentum diffusion coefficient (B0[jls-end-space/]), and spatial diffusion coefficient (Ds[jls-end-space/]) of the charm quarks. Finally, we compare our results with lattice QCD calculations and other theoretical models. We observe a strong agreement between the CSPM predictions and lattice QCD findings. © 2025 Elsevier Ltd.
