dc.description.abstractThe idea inculcated by the great lecture of the distinguished physicist Richard P. Feynman “There’s plenty of room at the bottom” could be considered as the basis for the development of nanoscience and nanotechnology which have been making significant progress and their effect on every field of science has been truly acknowledged in the present world. Therefore, in the 21st century, the strategic position of nanoscience and nanotechnology has already been established and have gained utmost importance in the fundamental research and industrial applications. Nanoscience deals with the process and phenomena of materials at atomic, molecular and macromolecular scale whereas nanotechnology is the design, characterization, production, and application of structures, devices, and systems by controlling shape and size at the nanoscale [1].en_US
