Travelling spacecraft into Deep Space is essential for future generations and technology. Presently we are using Deep Space Network (DSN) for space traveling, and we are using High standard Atomic Clocks for time template. Due to some disadvantages, we need to find another technology that gives us very little error in finding the position and time of traveling spacecraft. Nowadays, pulsars are a great advantage to bring new technology to observing the spacecraft position. In this paper, we choose the ATNF catalog. From this catalog, we identify few X-ray millisecond pulsars which are capable of observing onboard spacecraft for observing the TOA. And we describe some methods to observing pulsars. These identified pulsars are distributed over the Galactic Plane very large distance between them. Due to this advantage, we can observe these pulsars for observing the TOA onboard spacecraft for deep space traveling.en_US
