Anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) can be considered as an attractive alternative to e-beam lithography owing to its cost-effective fabrication and amenability for large area fabrication. AAO films have been fabricated and studied to analyze the voltage dependence of lattice period in porous AAO structures for different acids. © 2021, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.en_US
