Abstract: Photoacoustic spectral response technique is proposed for tissue (chicken liver and muscle) characterization based on mechanobiological property. Spectral parameters like centre frequency (~1 MHz) and spectral magnitude delineates disparity among these tissues types. © OSA 2016.
