Abstract: | Despite of several advancement in research the field of medicine, the complexity to treat the severe disease like cancer has remained the same. Exploring and finding an innovative treatment modality for cancer is the major concern. The conventional method for delivering the chemotherapeutic drug and causing the off-target effect is somehow the reason, that cancer has remained the second largest cause of death worldwide [1]. Therefore, developing a method which can deliver the drug with more accuracy without causing the major side effects to the normal healthy cells and tissues is the need. Although there is emergence progress in the development of targeted therapy, there is still some gaps that need to be addressed to attain a solution to this unavoidable problem[2]. |
