Abstract: Absorption and conversion efficiency are two important characteristics of a solar cell. We propose a Graphene-based microring resonator (MRR) to the solar cell to achieve absorption over 95% at 1550nm wavelength and conversion efficiency is 41.2%. This paper also discusses the effects of multiple layers of Graphene in the MRR. © 2023 IEEE.
