Abstract: | This paper shows analysis of a tri-axial patch antenna array resonant at ∼2.4 GHz and assesses its performance for Snapshot-averaged MPM based DoA (SAM-DoA). SAM-DoA is a source localization technique designed for three orthogonal linear antennas. In our study, we examine the linearity of the patch antenna and its behavior in response to plane-wave excitation using CST antenna design simulation software. Designed traxial patch antenna exhibits good linearity and response. © 2023 IEEE. |
