Abstract: Here we demonstrate a novel approach for high-speed voltage-controlled Localized Surface Plasmon Resonance (LSPR) in semiconductor-nanostructures at the telecommunication window. The novel platform can have exciting applications in tunable metasurfaces, spasers, modulators, and many more. © Optica Publishing Group 2024 © 2024 The Author(s)
