Abstract

This Book chapter explains the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the development of smart transportation systems in urban areas, public safety and the environment. It also explores how AI technology is useful for urban mobilitytransportation, enhancing efficiency, public safety, and sustainability.
