Abstract: The authors regret a major modification to figures and text is required which arise from a miscalculation in the volumetric power density. The volumetric power density was recalculated using the correct expression: [Formula presented] where V is the average output voltage obtained from five repeated measurements, R is the load resistance, A is the effective area of the device (25 mm × 25 mm), and t is the thickness of the fabricated fiber mat (0.058 mm). In the originally published manuscript, the normalized power density term (V2/t) was unintentionally interpreted as the volumetric power density. Consequently, power density of the optimized device was incorrectly reported as 20 mW/cm3. Upon correction, using the appropriate volumetric power density formula, the value is revised to 3.10 mW/cm3, which still represents a promising performance compared to other similar piezoelectric devices reported in the literature. Accordingly, the power density values for all studied devices have been recalculated and corrected. In view of these corrections, Fig. 12 and Table 2 have been updated as given below.[Figure presented] [Table presented] Furthermore, in the highlights section of the article, the statement: “The PENG delivers ∼70 V, 20 mW/cm3 power density, and a d<inf>33</inf> of 36 pC/N.” Has been corrected to. “The PENG delivers ∼80 V, 3.10 mW/cm3 power density, and a d<inf>33</inf> of 36 pC/N.” In the conclusion section, line 4, the output voltage has been corrected from 70 V to 80 V.
